Delish! We like photos! :)<BR/><BR/>You just brought back crazy childhood memories. My dad used to go picking for wild garlic all the time. I've only ever heard it refered to as "L'ail des bois". He used to have jars upon jars of it in the fridge and used to eat it straight out of the jar. Stinky daddy memories! Hehehee. I'd be curious to try it now that my tastes have become more refined.
